Who we are

JEREMIAH MIRAKEL JONES LTD (company no. 16462620, registered in England and Wales) operates this website and the hostels it describes. For any question about this notice, write to shop@jeremiahmirakeljones.com.

What we collect

When you send the availability or contact form we collect the name, email address, dates, guest numbers, room preference and any message you write. Our server also records the time of the request and the page you sent it from, to protect the form against abuse.

Why we use it

Only to answer your enquiry and, if you go on to book, to hold the bed and send arrival details. We do not use your details for advertising, we do not build profiles, and we do not sell or rent data to anyone.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted within twelve months. Booking records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Who can see it

The staff who handle your enquiry and the hosting provider that runs this site. We use no advertising or analytics services, and no third-party tracking scripts are loaded on these pages.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to shop@jeremiahmirakeljones.com and we will answer within one month. If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK, or to the data protection authority in the country where you are staying.
