Small hostels in European cities — book direct with us
Legal
TERMS
The terms that apply to a stay, written to be read before you book rather than after.
What we offer
We provide short-stay hostel accommodation — beds in shared rooms and private rooms — in the buildings we operate. This website describes the types of room we offer; it is not a live booking engine and it does not guarantee availability.
Prices and confirmation
All prices are shown in euro. A stay is only confirmed when we send you a written confirmation with the dates, the room type, the total price and the cancellation terms that apply to the rate you have chosen. Until then, no contract exists and nothing has been charged.
Payment
Payment methods and timing are set out in your confirmation. Local city tax, where it applies, is shown separately and is payable as stated in the confirmation.
Changes and cancellation
Cancellation and amendment terms depend on the rate you book and are always written in your confirmation before you pay. If you cancel within the terms that apply, we refund the amount due to the original payment method.
Your stay
You are responsible for the behaviour of everyone in your party, for the condition of the room and for following the house rules shown at the hostel. We may end a stay, without refund, where behaviour puts other guests or staff at risk or causes damage.
What we cannot guarantee
We do not guarantee a particular bed, room number or view. Maintenance, weather and events beyond our control can affect your stay; where that happens we will offer a reasonable alternative or a refund for the nights affected.
Liability
We are responsible for the accommodation we provide. We are not responsible for loss of valuables left unattended, for travel costs you incur outside the booking, or for anything the law does not allow us to exclude.
Complaints
Tell reception during your stay so we can fix the problem while you are there. If it is not resolved, write to shop@jeremiahmirakeljones.com within 28 days of your stay and we will reply in writing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights in the country where you stay.
