Small hostels in European cities — book direct with us
Before you travel
PRACTICAL INFO
The four things guests ask about before they arrive. Anything else, send us a message and we will answer before you book.

01
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Times are set by each hostel and confirmed with your booking. If you arrive before check-in or leave after check-out, ask us — we can usually hold your bag at reception.
Late arrival: tell us in advance and we will arrange the key.

02
LUGGAGE AND LOCKERS
Leave your bag before check-in or after check-out. In-room lockers take a standard padlock, so bring one with you or keep valuables in your day bag.
Reception keeps a small number of bags behind the desk during opening hours.

03
KITCHEN AND LAUNDRY
Every hostel has a shared kitchen with pans, plates and drying racks, plus self-service washing machines. Clean up after yourself and the next guest gets a clean start.
Washing machines take coins or a card — check the notice in the kitchen.

04
GETTING HERE
We choose buildings you can reach without a car: a short walk or one tram ride from the main station in most cities. Your confirmation includes the nearest stop and the door code.
Coming by plane? Allow more time than the map suggests on your first evening.
